It takes 2–5 business days to create a product and fulfill an order.
Shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination.
Once an order is fulfilled and shipped, it’s delivered to the end address.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer hassle-free returns.
Please write us at email@example.com for any inquiries. We will contact you within 24 hours or less.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
◦ To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when purchased, with the original packaging, and returned within 7 days of receiving. We carefully evaluate each return request to ensure that the product has not been used or damaged in any way, and if so, a refund will not be possible.
◦ Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item----if shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If you used a gift card to purchase your item(s), your funds will be returned to your gift card. All products returned for a refund are subject to a $5.95 restocking fee per set, to be deducted from the amount refunded to the original purchase method.

IF YOU USE A INCORRECT ADDRESS AND YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS, THAT IS OUT OF KAKE KUTTERS ENTERTAINMENT'S® CONTROL. YOU WILL NOT be issued a refund.
◦ Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
After the first 7 days of receiving your package have passed, we can only provide exchanges. However, we cannot guarantee that the requested item will be in stock once we receive your return. If the item is available, we will honor your exchange request. Please note that additional fees may apply depending on the complexity of the item's construction, such as custom orders or redesigns. If the requested item is unavailable, you will automatically receive a store credit valid for 12 months, which can only be used for online purchases.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
◦ It is best to contact us before returning any products.
◦ Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
◦ Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Notification for Custom Products and EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for: 1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized; 2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore Kake Kutters reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
Disclaimer: These addresses should be used only for product returns after speaking to us about your returns and their destination. You will also be provided a file number.
